01 수집 정보 What We Collect
만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
This service is for users aged 14 and over.
점주(이용자) 정보Owner (User) Information
Gmail 계정 정보 (이메일, 앱 비밀번호)Gmail account info (email address, app password)
이용자가 직접 설정하는 매장 이메일 알림 발송용 계정입니다. (결제 완료, 매출 리포트, 임시 비밀번호 등)Used as the sender account for store email notifications configured by the user. (payment confirmation, sales reports, temporary password, etc.)
이름Name
관리자 인증 기록, 비밀번호 변경·실패 알림 이름 표시, 이메일 알림 발신자 이름 설정에 사용됩니다.Used for admin authentication records, password change/failure notification name display, and email notification sender name.
결제 정보 (이름, 이메일, 국가)Payment info (name, email, country)
Paddle을 통해 결제 처리. 카드 정보는 Paddle이 보관하며 VoiceBell에 저장되지 않습니다.Payment processing via Paddle. Card details are handled by Paddle and never stored by VoiceBell.
이메일 (라이선스 검증용)Email (license verification)

손님(키오스크 이용객) 정보Guest (Kiosk User) Information
VoiceBell은 손님의 개인정보를 자체 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
음성 주문은 브라우저의 Google Web Speech API 음성 인식 서비스를 이용하며 VoiceBell 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
손님이 이메일을 입력한 경우, 해당 이메일은 점주의 Gmail로만 전송되며 VoiceBell 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. VoiceBell does not store guest personal information on its own servers.
Voice orders use the browser's Google Web Speech API speech recognition service and never pass through VoiceBell servers.
If a guest enters their email, it is sent only via the owner's Gmail and not stored by VoiceBell.

구독 결제 및 환불 처리를 위해 이름·이메일·국가 정보 제공Name, email, and country for subscription payment and refund processing
Gmail SMTP
이용자가 직접 설정한 Gmail 계정을 통해 매장 운영 알림(결제 알림, 매출 리포트, 비밀번호 변경 알림 등)을 발송합니다. 이 이메일은 VoiceBell 서버가 아닌 이용자 본인의 Gmail을 통해 발송됩니다.Sends store operation notifications (payment alerts, sales reports, password change alerts, etc.) via the Gmail account configured by the user. These emails are sent through the user's own Gmail, not VoiceBell's servers.
Cloudflare Workers / KV
이메일, 만료일, PC ID를 라이선스 검증 목적으로 저장·처리합니다. 데이터는 해외 데이터센터에 저장될 수 있습니다.Email, expiry date, and PC ID stored for license verification. Data may be held in overseas data centers.
Resend
VoiceBell이 고객에게 발송하는 이메일(결제 완료 다운로드 안내, 데이터 삭제 완료 안내)에 사용됩니다.Used for emails sent by VoiceBell to customers (purchase confirmation with download link, data deletion confirmation).
그 외에는 동의 없이 공유하지 않습니다. We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent.
04 개인정보 보관 기간 Retention Period
- 이메일, PC ID: 구독 만료 또는 해지 후 1년 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.Email and PC ID: retained for 1 year after expiry or cancellation, then automatically deleted.
- 결제 정보: Paddle이 보관하며 Paddle 정책에 따릅니다.Payment data: retained by Paddle under their own policy.
- PC 로컬 데이터 (주문·결제 기록): 이용자가 직접 삭제합니다.Local PC data (orders/payments): deleted by you directly.
- 삭제를 요청하시려면 구매 시 사용한 이메일로 구매번호를 포함하여 hello@voicebell.app으로 문의해 주세요.To request deletion, email hello@voicebell.app from your purchase email address, including your order number.
05 이용자의 권리 Your Rights
언제든지 정보 열람·수정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. You can request to view, correct, or delete your information at any time.

06 개인정보 보호 조치 Security Measures
- 매장 내 로컬 네트워크에서만 작동합니다. 외부 접근이 차단됩니다.The service runs on your local network only. External access is blocked.
- 결제 정보는 Paddle이 PCI-DSS 기준으로 처리합니다. VoiceBell에 저장되지 않습니다.Payment data is handled by Paddle (PCI-DSS). Never stored by VoiceBell.
- VoiceBell은 손님의 개인정보를 자체 서버에 저장하지 않으며, 주문 종료 후 매장 기기의 데이터도 자동으로 초기화됩니다.VoiceBell does not store guest personal information on its own servers. Device data is automatically cleared after the order ends.
- 관리자 비밀번호는 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다.Admin passwords are stored on your device only.

본 방침이 변경될 경우, 변경 7일 전에 서비스 홈페이지 또는 이메일을 통해 공지합니다. 중요한 변경의 경우 30일 전에 공지합니다. If this policy is updated, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance via the website or email. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
