이용약관 — VoiceBell

본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 VoiceBell(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 소프트웨어 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software service ("Service") provided by VoiceBell ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01 목적 및 서비스 성격 Purpose and Nature of Service

본 약관은 회사가 제공하는 VoiceBell 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사 간의 권리·의무 관계를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다. These Terms govern the conditions for using VoiceBell and define the rights and obligations between you and the Company.

VoiceBell은 소규모 매장을 대상으로 하는 로컬 PC 설치형 SaaS입니다. 서비스의 핵심 기능은 이용자의 PC에서 직접 실행되며, 외부 클라우드 서버에 운영 데이터를 저장하지 않습니다. 서비스는 카운터, 키친, 키오스크 단말로 구성되며, 같은 로컬 네트워크(와이파이) 내에서 작동합니다. VoiceBell is a locally installed SaaS for small businesses. Core functionality runs directly on your PC, and no operational data is stored on external cloud servers. The service consists of Counter, Kitchen, and Kiosk terminals, all operating within the same local network (Wi-Fi).

02 정의 Definitions

이용자User 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스에 가입한 개인 또는 사업자An individual or business that has agreed to these Terms and registered for the Service

서비스Service 회사가 제공하는 VoiceBell 소프트웨어 및 관련 부대 서비스 일체VoiceBell software and all related services provided by the Company

라이선스 키License Key 서비스 이용 권한을 부여하는 고유 식별 코드A unique code that grants access rights to the Service

연동 경로 서비스Integration Services 카드 단말기, POS, 외부 결제 API 등 제3자가 제공하는 서비스와의 연동 기능Integration features with third-party services such as card terminals, POS systems, and external payment APIs

03 약관의 효력 및 변경 Effect and Amendment

본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 이메일로 통지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.These Terms take effect upon posting on the Service or notification by email.
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일 7일 전에 공지합니다. 중요한 변경의 경우 30일 전에 공지합니다.The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law. Changes will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may discontinue use and cancel your subscription.

04 이용 계약의 성립 Formation of Agreement

이용 계약은 이용자가 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 서비스 신청을 완료함으로써 성립합니다. The agreement is formed when you agree to these Terms and complete the registration process as defined by the Company.

회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 이용 신청을 거부하거나 사후에 이용 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.The Company may refuse or terminate your access in the following cases.

만 14세 미만인 경우Being under the age of 14
허위 정보를 제공한 경우Providing false information
이전에 약관 위반으로 이용이 제한된 경우Previously restricted due to a Terms violation
기타 회사가 정한 기준에 반하는 경우Violating other criteria established by the Company

05 과금 및 결제 Billing and Payment

결제는 본 서비스와 연동된 글로벌 결제 플랫폼 Paddle을 통해 이루어지며, 결제 과정에서 발생하는 수수료 및 환율은 Paddle의 정책을 따릅니다. Payments are processed through Paddle, a global payment platform integrated with this service. Any fees and exchange rates incurred during the payment process are subject to Paddle's policies.

월정액 구독Monthly Subscription

서비스는 Paddle을 결제 대행사(Merchant of Record, MoR)로 이용하는 월정액 구독 방식으로 제공됩니다. Paddle이 이용자와의 결제 계약 당사자가 됩니다.The Service is offered as a monthly subscription via Paddle as Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle is the contracting party for payment purposes.
구독료는 매 청구 주기 시작일에 자동 결제됩니다.Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
무료 체험 기간 종료 후 별도 취소 의사 표시가 없으면 자동으로 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다.After the free trial ends, your subscription converts to paid automatically unless you cancel.

환불Refunds

환불은 결제 대행사 Paddle의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. 구매 확인 이메일의 링크에서 직접 요청하실 수 있습니다.

💡 30일 무료 체험을 충분히 활용하시고, 지속적인 사용 의사가 없는 경우 무료 체험 기간 내에 반드시 구독 취소를 하시기 바랍니다. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's refund policy. You can submit a refund request directly via the link in your purchase confirmation email.

💡 We encourage you to make full use of the 30-day free trial. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel before the trial period ends.

06 라이선스 및 서비스 이용 권한 License and Usage Rights

회사는 이용자에게 서비스를 이용하는 비독점적·비양도적 권리를 부여합니다.The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.
라이선스 키는 이용자 본인만 사용할 수 있으며, 제3자에게 양도·판매·공유하는 행위를 금지합니다.License keys are for your personal use only. Transferring, selling, or sharing them with third parties is prohibited.
라이선스 키를 분실한 경우 구매 시 발송된 Paddle 구매 확인 이메일에서 라이선스 정보를 다시 확인하실 수 있습니다. 이메일을 찾을 수 없는 경우 아래 양식을 작성하여 help@paddle.com으로 문의하시기 바랍니다. Subject: License Key Reissuance Request I purchased VoiceBell on [구매일자]. Purchase email: [구매 시 사용한 이메일] Order number: [주문번호] Please reissue my license key. 💡 구매 확인 이메일을 반드시 보관해 두시길 권장합니다.
💡 Paddle 고객센터는 영문 상담만 지원합니다. If you lose your license key, you can find your license information in the Paddle purchase confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. If you cannot find the email, please contact help@paddle.com with the following details. Subject: License Key Reissuance Request I purchased VoiceBell on [purchase date]. Purchase email: [email used at purchase] Order number: [order number] Please reissue my license key. 💡 We strongly recommend keeping your purchase confirmation email.
💡 Paddle support is available in English only.
이용자는 서비스를 역설계(reverse engineering), 무단 복제, 배포하거나 서비스에서 파생된 제품을 제작할 수 없습니다.You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

07 서비스 중단 및 라이선스 만료 Service Suspension and License Expiry

구독 해지 또는 라이선스 만료 시 서버 접속이 차단되며 서비스 이용이 불가합니다.Upon cancellation or license expiry, server access is blocked and the Service becomes unavailable.
해지 이후에도 이용자의 PC 로컬에 저장된 매출 데이터(Excel, 텍스트 파일 등)는 유지됩니다. 회사는 이 데이터에 접근하거나 삭제하지 않습니다.Sales data stored locally on your PC (Excel, text files, etc.) is retained after cancellation. The Company does not access or delete it.
회사는 다음 각 호의 경우 사전 통지 없이 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다: 약관 위반, 요금 미납, 라이선스 키 무단 공유 또는 부정 사용.The Company may suspend the Service without prior notice for: Terms violations, unpaid fees, or unauthorized sharing or misuse of the license key.

08 이용자의 의무 User Obligations

이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.You must not engage in any of the following.

API 키, 라이선스 키 등 인증 정보를 제3자에게 공유·유출하는 행위. 유출로 인한 모든 손해는 이용자가 부담합니다.Sharing or leaking API keys, license keys, or other credentials. You bear full responsibility for any resulting harm.
서비스를 이용하여 불법적인 행위를 하거나 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 행위Using the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe on third-party rights
서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 서비스를 이용하여 영리 목적의 재판매·재배포하는 행위Reselling or redistributing the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent

09 면책 조항 Disclaimers

연동 경로 서비스Integration Services

VoiceBell은 카드 단말기, POS 시스템, 외부 결제 API 등 제3자가 제공하는 연동 경로 서비스의 오류, 장애, 데이터 손실 또는 이로 인해 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Company is not responsible for errors, failures, data loss, or damages arising from third-party services such as card terminals, POS systems, or external payment APIs.

API 키 및 인증 정보 유출Credential Leakage

이용자가 API 키, 라이선스 키, 관리자 비밀번호 등 인증 정보를 관리 소홀 또는 고의로 유출한 경우, 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 손해는 이용자가 책임을 집니다.If you negligently or intentionally disclose credentials, you are solely responsible for all resulting damages.

네트워크 환경Network Environment

이용자의 공유기·방화벽·통신사 네트워크 환경으로 인한 접속 장애에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Company is not liable for connection failures caused by your router, firewall, or ISP network environment.

데이터 손실Data Loss

서비스는 결제 완료 데이터를 이용자 PC 로컬에 자동 저장합니다. 이용자 PC의 물리적 고장, 삭제 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 정기적인 백업을 권장합니다.The Service auto-saves payment data locally on your PC. The Company is not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure or deletion. Regular backups are strongly recommended.

서비스 가용성Service Availability

회사는 서비스의 무중단을 보장하지 않습니다. 점검, 장애, 천재지변 등으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 회사의 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

기기 및 네트워크 환경Device and Network Environment

이용자의 기기(로컬 서버) 사양이나 네트워크 환경으로 인해 발생하는 서비스의 일시적 중단에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.The Company is not responsible for any temporary service interruptions caused by the specifications of the user's device (local server) or network environment.

10 데이터 소유권 Data Ownership

이용자가 서비스를 통해 생성한 주문·결제 데이터의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다.You own all order and payment data generated through the Service.
해당 데이터는 이용자의 PC 로컬에 저장되며, 회사 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.That data is stored locally on your PC and is never transmitted to or stored on Company servers.

11 지식재산권 Intellectual Property

VoiceBell 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표, 로고 등에 관한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.All intellectual property rights in VoiceBell software, design, trademarks, and logos belong to the Company.
이용자는 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 서비스의 지식재산권을 복제·배포·전송·수정할 수 없습니다.You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify any intellectual property of the Service without prior written consent from the Company.

12 준거법 및 관할 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

본 약관의 해석 및 분쟁 해결에는 대한민국 법률이 적용됩니다.These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
