VoiceBell 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. By using VoiceBell, you agree to these Terms.

01 서비스 소개 Purpose and Nature of Service

VoiceBell 서비스의 이용 조건을 안내합니다. These Terms govern how you may use VoiceBell.

VoiceBell은 소규모 매장을 위한 로컬 PC 실행형 서비스입니다. 별도 설치 없이 파일 실행만으로 시작하며, 카운터·키친·키오스크가 같은 와이파이 안에서 작동합니다. 운영 데이터는 외부 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. VoiceBell is a locally run service for small businesses. No installation is required — just run the file to get started. Counter, kitchen, and kiosk operate on the same Wi-Fi. Operating data is not stored on external servers.

02 정의 Definitions

이용자User 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 개인 또는 사업자An individual or business using the Service
서비스Service VoiceBell 소프트웨어 및 관련 서비스 전체VoiceBell software and all related services
라이선스 인증License Verification 결제 이메일 + PC 고유 ID로 이용 권한을 확인하는 방식Verifying access rights using your purchase email and a unique PC ID
연동 경로 서비스Integration Services 카드 단말기, POS 등 외부 서비스와의 연동 기능Integration with external services such as card terminals and POS systems

03 약관의 효력 및 변경 Effect and Amendment

  • 약관은 서비스 화면 게시 또는 이메일 통지로 효력이 발생합니다.These Terms take effect when posted or notified by email.
  • 약관 변경 시 7일 전에 공지합니다. 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 공지합니다.Changes are announced 7 days in advance; major changes 30 days in advance.
  • 변경에 동의하지 않으면 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription.

04 이용 계약의 성립 Formation of Agreement

약관에 동의하고 결제를 완료하면 이용 계약이 성립합니다. The agreement is formed when you agree to these Terms and complete the registration process as defined by the Company.

아래에 해당하면 이용을 거부하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.The Company may refuse or terminate your access in the following cases.

  • 만 14세 미만인 경우Being under the age of 14
  • 허위 정보를 제공한 경우Providing false information
  • 이전에 약관 위반으로 이용이 제한된 경우Previously restricted due to a Terms violation
  • 기타 회사가 정한 기준에 반하는 경우Violating other criteria established by the Company

05 과금 및 결제 Billing and Payment

결제는 Paddle을 통해 이루어집니다. 수수료와 환율은 Paddle 정책을 따릅니다. Payments are processed by Paddle. Fees and exchange rates follow Paddle's policies.

  • 첫 30일은 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 카드를 등록하면 무료 체험이 시작되며, 기간 종료 후 자동으로 유료 전환됩니다.The first 30 days are free. Register your card to start the trial; billing begins automatically after the trial ends.
  • 결제 대행사는 Paddle입니다. Paddle이 결제 계약의 당사자입니다.Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
  • 매월 자동으로 결제됩니다.Fees are charged automatically each month.
  • 무료 체험 기간 내 취소하면 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

기간제 라이선스는 기간 만료 후 자동 연장되지 않습니다.Prepaid licenses do not auto-renew after expiration.

VoiceBell이 보관하는 개인정보(이메일, PC ID)는 구독 만료 또는 해지 후 1년이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 결제 정보는 Paddle이 보관하며 Paddle 정책에 따릅니다.Personal data (email, PC ID) retained by VoiceBell is automatically deleted 1 year after expiry or cancellation. Payment data is retained by Paddle under their policy.

환불Refunds

결제는 글로벌 결제 대행사 Paddle이 처리하며, 환불도 Paddle 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.

환불을 요청하시려면 아래 방법으로 직접 접수해 주세요.

① 결제 확인 이메일 → "View receipt" 또는 "Manage subscription" 링크 클릭
② Paddle 구매자 지원 페이지 → paddle.net ↗ 접속 후 이메일 또는 거래 정보 입력

환불이 승인되면 결제 수단에 따라 아래 기간 내에 반영됩니다.
· 신용/체크카드: 영업일 기준 7~14일 (카드사 및 국가에 따라 상이)
· PayPal: 48시간 이내

📎 Paddle 환불 정책 전문 ↗ Payments are processed by Paddle, a global payment provider. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly using one of the following methods:

① Your purchase confirmation email → click "View receipt" or "Manage subscription"
② Paddle Buyer Support → visit paddle.net ↗ and enter your email or transaction details

Once approved, refunds are reflected within the following timeframes:
· Credit/Debit card: 7–14 business days (varies by card issuer and country)
· PayPal: within 48 hours

06 라이선스 및 서비스 이용 권한 License and Usage Rights

  • 서비스 이용 권한은 개인에게만 부여됩니다. 양도할 수 없습니다.You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service.
  • 첫 실행 시 이메일을 입력하면 PC가 등록됩니다. 이후 서버 시작 시 자동으로 인증됩니다.Enter your email on first launch to register your PC. Verification is automatic after that.
  • 1대의 PC에서만 사용할 수 있습니다. PC 교체 시 결제 시 사용한 이메일과 구매번호를 포함하여 hello@voicebell.app으로 문의해 주세요.The Service runs on one PC only. To reset when changing PCs, email hello@voicebell.app with your purchase email address and order number.
  • 이메일, PC ID는 본인만 사용할 수 있습니다. 타인과 공유할 수 없습니다.Your email and PC ID are for personal use only. Sharing them is prohibited.
  • 서비스를 역설계·복제·배포하거나 파생 제품을 만들 수 없습니다.You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivatives of the Service.

07 서비스 중단 및 라이선스 만료 Service Suspension and License Expiry

  • 구독 해지 또는 만료 후에는 다음 서버 실행 시 자동으로 종료됩니다.After cancellation or expiry, the server will shut down automatically on the next launch.
  • PC에 저장된 매출 데이터는 해지 후에도 유지됩니다. VoiceBell은 이 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다.Sales data on your PC is kept after cancellation. VoiceBell does not access it.
  • 약관 위반, 요금 미납, 인증 정보 무단 공유 시 사전 통지 없이 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다.The Service may be suspended without notice for Terms violations, unpaid fees, or credential misuse.

08 이용자의 의무 User Obligations

아래 행위는 금지됩니다.You must not engage in any of the following.

  • 이메일, PC ID, 관리자 비밀번호를 타인과 공유하는 행위. 유출로 인한 손해는 이용자가 부담합니다.Sharing your email, PC ID, or admin password. You are responsible for any resulting harm.
  • 서비스를 이용한 불법 행위 또는 타인의 권리 침해Using the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe on third-party rights
  • 서비스 운영 방해Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  • 무단 재판매·재배포Reselling or redistributing the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent

09 면책 조항 Disclaimers

연동 경로 서비스Integration Services

카드 단말기, POS 등 외부 서비스의 오류·장애로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.We are not responsible for errors or losses caused by third-party services such as card terminals or POS systems.

API 키 및 인증 정보 유출Credential Leakage

인증 정보를 유출한 경우, 발생하는 손해는 이용자가 책임집니다.If you disclose your credentials, you are responsible for all resulting damages.

네트워크 환경Network Environment

공유기·방화벽·통신사 환경으로 인한 접속 장애는 책임지지 않습니다.We are not liable for connection issues caused by your router, firewall, or ISP.

데이터 손실Data Loss

매출 데이터는 서버 실행 중에 PC에 자동 저장됩니다. PC 고장·삭제로 인한 데이터 손실은 책임지지 않습니다. 정기적인 백업을 권장합니다.Sales data is auto-saved to your PC while the server is running. We are not responsible for data loss from hardware failure or deletion. Please back up regularly.

서비스 가용성Service Availability

서비스 무중단을 보장하지 않습니다. 점검·장애·천재지변으로 인한 중단은 책임지지 않습니다.We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure.

기기 및 네트워크 환경Device and Network Environment

기기 사양이나 네트워크 환경으로 인한 서비스 중단은 책임지지 않습니다.We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your device specs or network environment.

10 데이터 소유권 Data Ownership

  • 주문·결제 데이터의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다.You own all order and payment data generated through the Service.
  • 데이터는 이용자 PC에만 저장됩니다. VoiceBell 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.Data is stored on your PC only. Never sent to VoiceBell servers.

11 지식재산권 Intellectual Property

  • VoiceBell의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 상표, 로고의 저작권은 VoiceBell에 있습니다.All intellectual property in VoiceBell software, design, trademarks, and logos belongs to VoiceBell.
  • 사전 동의 없이 복제·배포·수정할 수 없습니다.You may not copy, distribute, or modify VoiceBell content without consent.

12 준거법 및 관할 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따릅니다.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • 분쟁은 대한민국 법원에서 해결합니다.Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea.
